CloudClevr has announced that the four brands it acquired between 2023 and 2024 will operate under the CloudClevr name from this month.
CloudClevr was established in 2023 and has completed four acquisitions – NGC Networks (based in Wakefield, acquired in June 2023), 4Sight Communications (based in London, acquired in September 2023), Bamboo Technology Group (based in Cheltenham, acquired in January 2024) and Twisted Fish IT (based in London, acquired in April 2024) – to expand its technology capabilities across cloud, communications and IT.
Going forward, CloudClevr will operate under a single organisational structure across sales, customer services, engineering, and technical support on a national scale.

Rigby Technology Investments (RTI), Rigby Group’s specialist investment division, has a majority investment in CloudClevr.
