The team behind Cloudbox Financial come with a great depth of experience. Justin Trent and Oliver Potgieter were co-owners of Matsco Solutions which they helped grow into a global MSP from their head-office in London before heading home to South Africa where they formed Cloudbox in 2011. Oliver, now CTO at Cloudbox, was responsible for implementing the first private cloud platform in 2006 assisting hedge funds leverage the benefits of the cloud. Nicholas Watkins joined the team as a shareholder and director in 2013. Prior to that Nick was the co-founder/owner of Tenax Capital, a billion dollar London hedge fund (whose IT infrastructure was setup and managed by Matsco in 2003 and where the relationship with Oliver and Justin began). Nick Goodenough (pictured), the UK CEO, joined the team at the start of 2019. All four have worked together for more than 15 years in their relative and prior capacities as customers, suppliers and partners.
