Previously at Currys in Dorchester, Alastair joins the VoIP Unlimited support desk team as line support technician and will be responsible for liaising with the firm’s independent IT dealer network in order to provide support with VoIP technology as and when required. He will be the first port of call for customer issues and will oversee call routing matters, broadband connectivity and any installation queries that arise via any of the IT companies that supply VoIP Unlimited services directly to customers.
Alastair has a strong passion for creative elements of information and communications technology (ICT) and to strengthen his skills is currently studying independently for an Open University degree in computer science and software development.
