The new learning platform will enable staff to reskill and upskill, drawing its content from digital skills platforms such as Pluralsight and LinkedIn Learning, as well as proprietary BT Group learning content, including videos, courses, articles and podcasts.
Supported by Degreed’s technology, My Campus provides personalised learning content to BT Group employees based on their role, interests and preferences, enabling them to learn anywhere and at any time.
My Campus has undergone a soft launch and is available to more than 46,000 employees across BT Group’s business, digital, networks and corporate units – with 42 per cent of them actively engaging with the platform.
The learning platform is integrated with BT Group's consolidated human resources platform, MyHR, run by SAP's SuccessFactors. This provides a single system of record for staff, including tracking mandatory training and personal development plans. Sharing skills data between SuccessFactors and Degreed also enables BT Group to improve talent mobility and workforce planning, and to identify relevant learning for colleagues based on the skills they require.
In addition, BT Group's My Campus is integrated with Microsoft Teams, saving employees time and effort in accessing their learning without having to switch between different screens and platforms.
