The transaction is due to close on 31st January 2024, with Boxxe Group acquiring Skeffington Holdings Limited along with three subsidiaries: Total Computer Networks Limited, Total Computer Services Limited and EEC Services International Limited (Overbright).

Aidan Groom has resigned from Skeffington Holdings and all its subsidiaries to take up a non-executive position at Boxxe Group Limited. Kevin Goodall has been appointed managing director of Total Computer Networks Limited and has joined the board of Boxxe Limited.

This deal marks a pivotal moment in the journey of Boxxe. Total Computer Networks Limited will continue to trade independently before being integrated into Boxxe Limited during the course of 2024.
Doye acquired a minority stake in Total Computers in November 2022. Prior to that, he acquired Boxxe in 2019 and has grown the business with revenue for 2023 expected to be around £440 million.
