Networks United is a leading provider of fixed line communication solutions to the SME and Enterprise market place. Networks United also has two key reseller relationships that will move across to Arrow under this transaction.
The acquisition of Networks United, Arrow’s fifth acquisition in the last four years, will once again significantly boost Arrow’s fixed line revenues.
Arrow, headed by Chris Russell, specialises in telephony and IT solutions for businesses and offers a diverse connectivity portfolio ranging from voice and data connectivity and hosted telephony through to mobile voice, data, mobile device management, professional and IT services. “This acquisition is another great opportunity for Arrow to expand its nationwide customer base and further balances our revenue mix between our fixed and mobile product groups. Only four years ago 85% of our revenues were mobile based and this number is now much more balanced at 55%, with total turnover now on track for £24m.” says Russell.

Arrow has acquired the trade and assets of Networks United and will work closely with its customers during their transition to Arrow and completed the transaction from its cash reserves.
