The company says it supports Channel customers at every stage of the buying cycle through assessment, pre-sales, deployment, project management, training and support.
The expanded services offering from Arrow now includes access to over 750 consultants via more than 25 Arrow Authorised Partner Programmes and delivery skills in more than 70 vendors and technology segments.
“We have designed the new service to help our reseller customers capitalise on the huge revenue opportunity that services can bring,” said Dan Waters, country manager UK of Arrow’s enterprise computing business. “The Arrow Authorised Partner Programme creates a broader pool of skills to support our resellers and their customers, all accessed via their relationship with Arrow.
“Every product and solution sale is an opportunity for our customers to provide pre-sales, implementation or support services. If they aren’t offering these services to their customers, they might be missing out on additional margin, customer engagement and closer relationships.”
