Andrew Belshaw (pictured) joined Gamma in 2007 and was then appointed chief financial officer in 2014. He was recently promoted to deputy chief executive officer as part of a structured plan to strengthen and broaden the scope and capacity of Gamma’s management team.
This appointment follows Andrew Taylor stepping down from the Board and as chief executive officer of Gamma. Taylor will continue to work with Gamma in a supporting advisory role through to July 2023 when his notice period expires.

Andrew Taylor added, “I’d like to wish everyone associated with Gamma all the very best in the times ahead. I’ve greatly enjoyed the past four years as chief executive officer, which has seen Gamma evolve from being a UK focused telecommunications company to a European leader in unified communications.
“Having achieved a great deal and driven by a desire to spend more time with my family, now is a natural time for me to move on and I am very confident that the business and our management team at Gamma is very well placed to thrive in the times ahead.”
