With Akixi reporting, all features are provided remotely as SAAS (software as a service) and not as a conventional package on a customer's server. Akixi does away with all the costly set-up costs normally associated with call management and reporting. There is no capital expenditure on hardware, no implementation and upgrades to worry about and no commitment to ongoing support fees.
Channel Partners deal with Akixi directly, agreeing their own pricing, branding and support requirements, whilst also benefiting from in-depth training and meeting support. Access to the data feed is then a simple automated process through Gamma's ordering portal, ensuring immediate access to the service.
