Details of the investment have not been disclosed, with the two companies set to combine their portfolio of value-added services for cloud communications platforms.
Akixi and Mondago will look to create “synergies that will position the combined business at the forefront of innovation”. Andrew Reilly will take on the position of CEO for the combined Akixi and Mondago company.
