The acquisition, which was completed on 9th May, is 4Com’s fifth deal in the past 12 months and adds 89 customers to 4Com’s 13,000 strong customer base.
Meridian IT Communications is a Hampshire-based telecommunications provider, offering a full range of communication devices and high-value services to suit all organisations around the UK. This customer base acquisition follows 4Com’s purchases of Midshire Telecom, Eastern Voice and Data, the business telecoms customer base of Bluebell Cloud Solutions and the acquisition of Reach Digital Telecoms.
