Vodafone has introduced three exclusive special edition handsets to support the new Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 team – two Sharp lamshells (the 3G 770SH and 2G GX29) and Samsung’s Z720M 3G slider from the Ultra Edition line.
The design of all the new phones reflects the new team identity and car design, featuring a chrome silver cover with highlights in the team’s ‘rocket’ red. Inside they have clips and images of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes racing car in the new 2007 livery as well as a sleek menu design, special ringtones and a racing game.
