A massive refresh of Vodafone’s contact tariffs is being predicted by industry insiders for next month.Vodafone are expected to offer attractive bonuses to customers who buy through its own channels. Rivals are bracing themselves for richer bundles with substantially more minutes. ’The way things are going we will start seeing so much value in contract that people will see it as a way of controlling their spending and will move away from prepay in a way we haven’t seen before.’“We’re expecting richer deals with users getting bigger bundles for the same line rental,” said a source.Vodafone is investing £15m in its own stores. Better deals will then come into fruition, due to the savings on commissions to independent retailers.
