The UK market for all telecommunications will grow by between 1% and 2% per year in the period 2006 to 2010, according to the UK Telecommunications Market Development Report published by MBD last month. In 2010 it will be worth just over £35bn, with a market decline in fixed telephony revenues (down from 31% of the total in 2005 to 24% by 2010) and continued growth in mobile revenues – which will reach 48% of the total in 2010.
