The new Sony Ericsson V630i is a Vodafone exclusive, a 3G phone with SE’s top-grade camera and music player, and a 256MB Memory Stick supplied for all that extra listening.
The major extra is support for Vodafone’s Radio DJ, an interactive music streaming service – users rate tracks as they listen, and that’s used to personalise the music they’re offered. The more tracks they rate, the more intuitive and personalized the music channel becomes. Music tracks can also be bought directly using the service.
Beyond music, the V630i features a 2 megapixel camera with digital zoom, consumer email, a full HTML browser and an extra large, 1.9in colour display – great for Vodafone live! with 3G services such as Mobile TV, video messaging and video telephony.
The Sony Ericsson V630i will be available from this month.
