ITV has appointed Melissa Goodwin from Fremantle to head up the company’s mobile operations. Last month, ITV announced a deal with 3 to stream TV content to mobile handsets in the UK. The contract, exclusive for six months, claims to be the UK’s first live streamed terrestrial mobile channel, reaching more than 89% of the population.
