Dass Solicitors have announced their first success in a number of cases against First Curacao International Bank. The Curacao Court has ordered FCIB to make payments in relation to their clients by no later than the end of this month.
The legal firm have obtained orders for the release of funds in relation to cases involving clients that have been named in the Scottish and Curacao Court orders in relation to the production of documents from FCIB and cases where clients are not effected by such orders.
