Jabra has teamed up with mobile consumer support specialists Talk Me Through It to launch a natty Bluetooth pairing simulator called PairX.
It shows users visually how to set up and pair Bluetooth devices such as headsets and headphones, and you can check it now on www.Jabra.com – great for new staff as well as customers, and potentially useful in cutting down the number of support queries from baffled users.
As Jon Lobb, Group Sales Director of TMTI, put it: “We can ensure that the consumer experience of pairing is painless, whether this is in a store, where staff are completely au fait with the process or online where the information is clear and easy to understand.”
Jabra is the first manufacturer in the industry to sign up for the service, but TMTI is looking for more supporters and expects that PairX will become an industry standard.
